How cold can the water be cooled?
The water can be cooled down to 3°C. For the ice-making model, the water temperature can reach close to 0°C.
All our chiller and ice baths are designed to maintain a constant temperature.
Does the device always have to be connected to the power supply?
The chillers or ice baths do not need to be connected to electricity all the time, but if you want to use the WiFi connection (Portable Chillers) it must be connected to electricity.
How often do I have to change the water?
Because of the 2-stage filtration system and powerful Ozone disinfection, the water can be used for up to 2-3 months, assuming normal usage (and a pre-plunge shower!)
How quickly will Pre-Ordered items be delivered?
Most of these items are made-to-order and the current delivery time is approximately 90 days. You can Contact us to ask about latest delivery times.
Customers will receive updates if their order delivery time is either accelerated or delayed.
How does the cleaning work?
Unplug the appliance, empty the water, clean the inside of the tub with non-chemical cleaners, such as mild detergent, hydrogen peroxide, white vinegar. Rinse thoroughly and refill the tub.
Warranty and repair?
OBERON products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. See our Warranty Policy for more details.

Is my payment information safe with you?
Yes, our website is powered and secured by Shopify and is fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, so you can be assured your payment information is completely safe and secure.
OBERON does not store, nor have access to, your payment details. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI- DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to recieve my order?
We provide our customers with a choice of shipping options at checkout, and delivery times for each shipping option is clearly displayed before purchase.
Please note that the shipping times are 'obtained from our shipping provider' and are always estimated. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery/shipping provider to deliver within the specified timeframe.
Should you experience any delays in delivery, please contact us and we will help resolve and liaise with the shipping provider to deliver your order as soon as possible.
My order was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
If your order has been damaged during delivery, then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate the shipping insurance claim.
Failure to do so may affect your shipping insurance claim and may result in no compensation being provided.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship our Products within Switzerland, Liechtenstein internationally within Europe.
Please note that free shipping may not be applicable for certain International orders, and shipping rates will vary depending on your region.
