Centralized European Distribution
Our products are dispatched from a central distribution center located strategically within Switzerland. This centralized approach ensures streamlined handling, faster delivery across various European destinations.
Tailored and Direct Delivery
Every delivery is unique, which is why we select the most suitable logistics partner for each order, based on your specific location and the product's requirements. This guarantees that your product, whether a Cold Plunge, or any other from our range, reaches you swiftly, securely, and conveniently.
For Swiss customers, we offer free delivery to your door, if accessible by a vehicle. For larger items, additional assistance for moving and setup might be required, the cost of which will be borne by the purchaser.
Shipping Fees and Options
- Free Swiss Standard Delivery for orders equal to or greater than CHF 100 and/or packages up to 60kg (including portable plunges and chillers): Includes delivery via our chosen delivery partner.
- Free Swiss Delivery for orders equal to or greater than CHF 100 and/or packages over 60 kg (including non-portable and static ice baths: Includes delivery and reasonable placement of your product. Prior to delivery, an assessment may be required to ensure that we can deliver and place your product smoothly. If delivery is unreasonably complicated (for example, it requires the use of a crane, an additional delivery charge may be added to your order to cover these charges.
- For orders under CHF 100, a standard Swiss domestic shipping rate applies
- EU Delivery: Shipping costs for EU deliveries are calculated at purchase. This fee includes the secure palleting and crating of your product for transit, not covering local customs taxes and duties. Our logistics partner will contact you as the product departs our workshop.
Easy Assembly and Installation
To keep shipping costs reasonable, products like Non-portable Cold Plunges are delivered on a pallet and may require some assembly. We ensure the assembly process is straightforward, with clear instructions provided. Our products are designed for easy installation, prioritizing your convenience with plug-and-play functionality.
Transparent Pricing
Shipping expenses are included in your quote for full transparency. You'll know the total cost of your purchase upfront, with no unexpected fees. For EU deliveries, please note that shipping costs do not include local taxes and duties charged upon arrival at customs.
Delivery Times and Customs
Delivery times are provided in good faith but are estimates only. For international orders outside the Switzerland please be aware that local taxes, duties, and customs inspections are beyond our control, and you may be responsible for additional costs.
